Getting Started

Follow the steps on the home page after installing the extension.

Billing & Subscription

We offer a simple subscription plan to unlock premium features of the YouTube Toolkit extension.

  • Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
  • Charges recur automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
  • All billing details, including invoices and payment methods, are managed directly through Stripe’s secure customer portal.
Manage / Cancel

Signed-in customers can manage or cancel their subscription directly from the Pricing page.

  • Click “Manage Subscription” to open your secure Stripe portal.
  • Update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your plan at any time.
  • Changes take effect immediately, with confirmation shown in your account.
Troubleshooting

Website Issues

  • Not seeing the account chooser? Try signing out then signing in again.
  • Still stuck? Clear cookies for accounts.google.com and try again.
  • Extension not working on YouTube? Check that the extension is enabled in your browser and refresh the page.
  • Login issues after sign-out? Supabase may reuse your last Google session. Use the “Sign out of Google” link to fully reset.

Extension Issues

  • Failed to fetch? Click “Summarize” again. If the issue persists, please email me at dankam0001@gmail.com.
  • Error: HTTP 502? The video is too long to summarize. Our application currently supports videos between 1–60 minutes.
  • Couldn't find a transcript on this page? The video likely has no transcript and our application cannot summarize it.
  • If there is a transcript then: Please close and reopen the gear button in the extension.
  • Daily free limit reached. Upgrade to Pro? Click on “Upgrade to Pro” and navigate to the website to upgrade your account.
