By downloading, installing, or using the YouTube Toolkit extension or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental consent.

The extension summarizes YouTube transcripts using third-party AI services and provides additional features (such as dislike counts). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.

Account creation is handled through Supabase with Google authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• Payments and subscriptions are managed by Stripe.
• We do not store your payment card details. Stripe handles all payment processing.
• By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges until you cancel via the Stripe billing portal.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled directly through Stripe subject to their terms.

• You may not reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service.
• Automated or excessive usage that exceeds fair limits may result in suspension.
• You must comply with applicable laws and YouTube’s Terms of Service when using the extension.

The YouTube Toolkit extension, website, and related branding are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

The service relies on third-party providers including Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments), Return YouTube Dislike API, and AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, xAI). We are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, or issues caused by these providers.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of summaries or uninterrupted availability. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or abuse of the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
